Our founder, Mirna Monterrosa, extends her leadership into the community through social and cultural initiatives.
She founded the New England Salvadoran American Foundation, which organizes Boston’s largest Salvadoran American cultural festival, and has volunteered with NOAH (Neighborhood of Affordable Housing) since 2010.

Mirna also collaborates with the Boston Mayor’s Office for Immigrant Advancement and is a proud alumna of Immigrants Lead Boston — empowering others to take leadership roles in the city.
